My car broke down on the side of hwy 11 in the middle of the night. I used my iphone to search for a local taxi company and able taxi was the first on the search. The driver picked me up in about 10 minutes of my call. The driver had his dispatcher call around to some of the hotels in the area as the two that i tried were booked. The driver answered all my questions and was very helpful. As i live in toronto it was nice to see a driver that really looked after me. Great job. Thanks able taxi.

I just wanted to say thank you to the taxi driver (I think his name was Steve) that drove my mother yesterday. I was at work when my mother took ill. She called for a taxi to take her to the hospital. The driver helped her to and from the car and was very kind. She also left her purse in the car which was returned shortly after the driver noticed it. A big thank you from our family.

Your slogan should be “a ride with the competition is our best advertisement"! My friend and I caught a ride in one of your competitor’s taxis. Let’s just say that won’t happen again! We left the club and the only taxi out front was another company’s taxi. About a block into the trip we both wondered if the car was able to finish the trip. The car was filthy and smelt unpleasant. The cab driver never said a word to us even when we asked how his night was going. Your company is leaps and bounds over the rest!

I have just been driven home by Ron. It is very icy out, and when Ron came and picked me up, he got out of the van and helped me across the slippery sidewalk. When we got to my home, he carried up my recycling bins, and made sure I got into my home safely. I have come to learn that Able Taxi goes above and beyond for their customers. Well I have to be honest and admit I haven't used Able Taxi as I don't love in Orillia. However, I do know the owner quite well. John and his drivers truly care about his customers. Having the first wheel chair taxi in Simcoe County proves that. With Able Taxi you are guarenteed to get a driver who takes pride in his job. I loath public transit and prefer to get around on my own two feet or my bike, but when I called up Able so I could get a ride downtown to the SPCA's Walk-a-Thon they were amazing. The driver arrived quickly, was extremely courteous, and even enjoyed the company of my puppy enough to let him up in the front seat with us. If me and my dog ever need to get somewhere farther than our own feet can take us Able Taxi will always be a call away. Thanks Able!

I came from out of town 350km to visit an old friend and forgot the address. I couldn't reach him by pay phone after 4 no answers and ran out of change. My cell was dead I ask the gentleman from Able taxi if i could possibly use there phone. The dispatcher understood my dilemma and let me use there phone until i contacted my old pal. Ty Able Taxi for your help or I would have had to head back home without ever meeting up with my old pal. I recommend using there friendly service to any 1 visiting Orillia.
